How to recover? Hospitality, being accepted, non-judgment, trust, all factors that contribute to opening up, freeing oneself from the past and learning to heal the wounds experienced. Thank you for offering me this opportunity.

Member of one of Rosac’s organizations

I am and will be eternally grateful and moved by the support, positive reinforcement and encouragement I have received along my journey. But above all, for believing in me, beyond labels, categories and judgments.

Member of one of Rosac’s organizations

I'm lucky enough to be able to go deeper into the understanding of my anxiety problems with the tools that my counsellor gives me. In my more difficult periods, knowing that I have her support, I know that I can count on the organization and that gives me hope that I can get through it.

Member of one of Rosac’s organizations

I can say that now, when I'm having a hard time, I try to rely on myself with the tools my counsellor gave me. And it works.

In a climate of trust and security, I was able to rehabilitate myself to the very essence of my being. Over the years, I have discovered myself as a person who is tamed and increasingly accepted, allowing me to exist in all my complexity, to fulfill myself in my daily life and to rediscover the right to dream.
